RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you are unhappy with your order please let me know as soon as possible. A refund can be issued upon the receipt of the returned and undamaged goods, as per the consumer protection Act. If an item goes missing in the mail I will have to raise a claim before being able to issue a refund.
Shipping is sent second class Royal Mail for domestic orders and International Standard for all overseas. Products are boxed in a sturdy box and wrapped in a recycled postage bag to protect against weather! I aim to ship as soon as the product has been made, usually within 1-2 weeks for wedding flowers unless in a particularly busy period. If you need your flowers sooner, please get in touch to prioritise them.
When your flowers arrive, they may be a little tired from the journey… to revitalise them you can simply massage their petals back to life!
Keep your felt flowers your felt flowers dry and ideally out of direct sunlight. If they get wet, simply dry them at room temperature. If they get stained, let any dirt dry and brush it off. Alternatively dampen a cloth with warm water and gently dab the stain, diluted white wine vinegar can be used on stubborn stains. Do not rub vigorously as the wool may pile. Do not soak.
Show off your flowers for everyone to admire!
